I bought a competitor’s brand of hybrid mattress in October of 2022. At the time my back issues necessitated a firm mattress to give me the needed relief. That mattress was good enough for the time, but in December of 2023, I finally got the lumbar fusion surgery that I have been needing for years. However, after my surgery, I found that I needed a mattress that would give me more pressure point relief at the hips, while still providing support to my lower back. I looked at every single competitor’s brand and tried them all. Nothing seemed to do the trick, until I tried the Purple Restore Premier Hybrid! Matt at this store was very helpful and patient as I went from mattress to mattress, and he explained the differences and benefits of each, even going as far as making sure that I knew that I was eligible for a military discount. Mattress shopping sucks. There’s 100 different models, 100 different terms salesmen use to try and say their models are the best, and you feel ripped off every time they mention a high price but can do you a deal by taking some off. I spent the last week reviewing every online store, every manufacturer, and every mattress store in Kyle looking for something I would consider a fair exchange. I should’ve started here. I walked in and worked with Clayton who not only gave me the pros and cons of each mattress, but also looked for any applicable deals/discounts without any need to threaten to walk out. I truly feel we were reviewing which mattress best fits my needs together rather than someone looking for an upsale. I ultimately do feel I got the best deal in the region from this store.
