I came in looking for a graduation dress. I’ve never been here before, but I was so excited bc I saw so many pretty clothes. I legit said to my boyfriend “this is going to be my favorite store”.
I found the PERFECT DRESS. However, it had pilling in 3 areas. It wasn’t too big, but being in multiple areas bothered me. I asked one of the employees (I believe her name is Emma based on my receipt, she’s blonde) “is there another one in the back? This one is pilling”. She directed me to the rack, but I told her the other one in my size has a stain. She was immediately sour and had such a bad attitude that it ruined my mood. I shouldn’t have to feel bad for asking you to do your job. Then, the other worker (I believe she is named Maria, she’s brunette) said they could give me 10% off the stained one. I asked if I could have 10% off the pilling one instead, however, she said no bc “it’s not a defect but something that happens when the clothes get shipped”. How is pilling not a defect! The way Maria spoke to us was rude too. We tried to sign up for VIP to get 15% off. I didn’t get the email and asked if she could resend it or check if she spelled my address correctly. She said “I don’t control when emails are sent”. That’s not what I asked…
I rarely get upset, but these two put me in such a horrible mood that I had try not to cry. I originally gave this place a one star. But Maria ended up giving me 10%. Idk what changed her mind but I was so mad I couldn’t even be thankful about it. I will be returning to Windsor, just not...
Read moreI went in looking for a dress, I found a dress, tried it on, and fell in love with it. However, when trying it on I noticed it had something in the top part of it. After looking closer I realized it was some red fabric sewn inside the top accidentally and left in there. I say accidentally because when checking the other dresses no other one had it inside. It was clearly a defective. I went to ask a worker if they had anymore in the back and she informed me that they didn’t, I told her what was wrong and she agreed that it was weird. She offered to order me one online, but I told her it would not arrive on time. She then offered me a small discount which after thinking about I accepted, I was taking a risk buying it since I would have to cut it open and attempt to sew it back after taking the fabric pieces out. She then went to ask her manager, came back and told me her manager said she could no longer give me a discount and there was nothing they could do. So I told her I would not buy it, and they put it back on the rack to sell. This was unfair, since I was told I would get a discount then all of a sudden wasn’t and that manager shows that she is fine selling a faulty item to any customer. Make sure you check your items here well...
Read moreBought a dress, broke as soon as I took it out of the bag when I got home with tags still on it and the receipt. Took it back to see if I could Trade it in, blonde worker with a bun was extremely rude and told me that it was non refundable( which I understand) but was rude about explaining so. I felt Like the store could have provided me with a new dress since the dress I just bought broke. Or some sort of in store credit, or coupon for next time. Not cool. Don’t recommend hiring...
