My biggest frustration was getting an alteration at the store. I had the receipt, and wanted to call and see if my sister could pick up my products for me without the receipt in my place. I also wanted to verify if the pants were ready for pick up. The only telephone number available is a 1800 number which connected me to an overseas operator who could not understand what my simple question was. Which was- "Can my sister pick up alterations for me without my receipt and Is the product ready for pick up?" The operator kept thinking I was checking on an online order and kept asking me for an order number which I did not have. I repeatedly asked to please be connected with the local store to which she replied she could not do. And that the only communication they had was through Corporate email. 10 minutes later, she placed me on a 4 minute hold while "contacting the local store herself" to inquire further about my 2 simple questions. A seemingly quick and simple question ended up taking 15 minutes of my time. Ultimately, my question was answered, but why did it have to be so painful? Even their "quick" 3 question telephone survey was not receptive to my answers (I kept pressing one and it kept looping back to the same question as it could not interpret my response). Siting it was stained when I never wore it and never stained it.
