Starbucks — Restaurant in San Ramon

The only reason this location gets 2 stars is because of the few nice and quick baristas. I visited this location at approx 6:30 on a Wednesday evening, there were a total of 5 customers inside but all sitting down except one in front of me buying a bunch of pre-made sandwiches. I ordered my drink and sat down to wait. I waited 10 minutes and continued to watch the blonde barista talk to the male customer. She wasn't making my drink at all. When she actually made my drink, it sat in the blender while she continued to talk to this guy. I looked up and made eye contact with her, hinting I was extremely annoyed and she finally put my drink into a cup and gave it to me. This is a location I will NEVER return to because of this horrible service. Whoever this girl is should be fired for not doing her job. I waited 10+ minutes for a drink that should've taken 2, considering the guy ahead of me didn't even...

Usually I have no problems here; it's fairly clean, the staff are nice, and the drinks taste good. Except yesterday when I ordered two drinks through the app. My coworker went to pick them up and i was so upset. My frap was dripping everywhere, the whip cream was melted around the edge of the lid, and the lid itself wasnt even on right. I almost spilt it everywhere when picking it up. My coworkers drink wasnt much better. I realize Starbucks gets busy, but at least take the time to wipe off a drink and make sure the lids on correctly. I used to work at a Starbucks myself, but I always did this, even when we were busy. This was super irritating, unacceptable and unattractive for a Starbucks drink. Please do...

We had an exceptional experience at this location today! Loved meeting their barista Karla, a sweet woman who made our family and all customers she helped feel welcome and at home. She was a wonderful reminder that Starbucks fosters a true atmosphere of community. Here, families, friends, business partners etc. can all meet, enjoy a coffee or other crafted drink and snack as they spend quality time connecting with each other. Feeling blessed to know this location is a special spot our family’s “coffee dates” can meet and make special memories as we chat recap special events in our lives. We can’t wait for next time!
