If I could give 10 Stars I would.
Brant (owner) knows his stuff more than anybody I've encountered. He is a seasoned pro, with good taste and even better diamonds. I gave him a very specific design for my fiance's engagement ring, and boy did he deliver. The ring is detailed exactly as designed, and IT IS GORGEOUS!!!
She is over the moon about the ring, and all of her friends are constantly telling me how well I did, when in reality all the credit goes to Brant and his team. I am told repeatedly that it is the most beautiful engagement ring whomever has ever seen, at least 10 of these compliments in the short time we've been engaged. I couldn't be more happy and appreciative.
I bought her gold earrings here in the past, which she loves, and I will be going back for our wedding bands. It is really nice having a jeweler I can call for all of my needs. I have fun perusing the store, and never feel like I'm being over sold, which happens often at other jewelry stores.
Side note they also have an awesome collection of Rolex watches, I will eventually break down and buy one here.
Thanks so much to Brant, his wife, and the rest of the team! We moved out of state and will be returning specifically to buy wedding bands from them. They have made me feel part of the family. For this, their wonderful service and inventory, they have earned a customer for life....

But their talent in design and commitment to service is even greater than their stellar inventory. Their commitment to service is not limited to their customers of higher end items; every customer regardless of price range receives the same unmatched service. We were using predominantly family diamonds in the design of our engagement ring and wedding band and therefore were not even significant customers as far as inventory was concerned. However even in the provision of primarily design services (which generate significantly less revenue than purchases of high end inventory) we were treated as if we were their most important customer. We wholeheartedly recommend them as they are...

He offered to remove it and pulls out a POCKET KNIFE to pry it out. I politely asked him to stop and asked if he has a spring bar tool (like any jewelry store advertising watch repair would). He cops an attitude and says he knows what he is doing and makes some asinine statement about “how many watches he’s seen.” Didn’t occur to him that I might be a watch collector and am very careful with my watches. When I offer to use my own tool to carefully remove it I realized he put the wrong size in. He says “are sure you know how to do it?” then rudely says “you can keep the bar” and turns is back and walks away. Unreal. Lesson: even if very minor repair, do not bring a watch worth more than $50 to a discount...
