Myself , colleagues and friends came to your establishment over the weekend to have dinner. We called and spoke to Susan to see how long the wait was. Based on the shortage of wait I drove 30 min to dine . Once we arrived we were sat immediately , which was 8:45 . After that a waitress came and took our drink orders , we ordered drinks and Nachos. Once the Nachos arrived , our party tasted them and immediately determined that they were distasteful and brought it to our servers attention . She then referred us to the Manager Angel, is what she told us. I explained to her that I didn't care for the Nachos , and if she could take them off . Angel then states that I could order something else very aggressive and rude. I told her I didn't want anything else and I could wait for my main course. She said " I can not take it off the bill "! I was like if I have to pay for them then fine , I just don't want them . She showed no empathy whatsoever and just walked off . After that my server returned and said what did she say . I asked for Angels manager information , she said she wasn't there. I said ok then can you provide me her email information.

The manger all of a sudden Heather Watson comes to the table and tells me that she is the GM . I then tell Heather my concerns , of the way that we were treated. She offered to get us another appetizer , I declined and told her I just thought she should know. However I still haven't received my food . She said sorry it should be out soon

Still had not received my food , so I get up to find a manager . At this point people that were sat prior to us have received there food . I see Angel , she then comes to the table and ask "What did you order"? I was floored !!!!!!!! At this point I was embarrassed and discriminated against for filing a complaint . After that a gentleman comes to the table (Bar Manager and asks how can he help , I told him and never came back.) Heather walked by our table many times and not once try to take ownership of the issue.

I told my server to cancel the food and bring us the ticket. Her response was very condescending as if she was fully aware of what was going on behind the scenes. 12:30

From the moment we walked in, her radiant energy was infectious, setting the perfect tone for our meal. Jaz went above and beyond, attentively ensuring that every aspect of our dining experience was nothing short of perfection. Her genuine care and warmth made us feel truly valued as guests.
Not only did Jaz impress us with her impeccable service, but the food exceeded our expectations. The menu offered a delightful array of options, and each dish was prepared with skill and care. And let me tell you, as a connoisseur of mac & cheese, I was thrilled to discover that they use real mac & cheese - a true testament to the quality of their ingredients!
What truly sets Hudson Grille apart is the incredible value for the price. Not only was the food delicious, but the portions were generous, ensuring we left feeling satisfied and content. As if that wasn't enough, the prospect of returning throughout the week to explore more of their menu and indulge in happy hour has us counting down the days until our next visit.
If you find yourself at Hudson Grille, do yourself a favor and request Jaz as your server. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail will undoubtedly enhance your dining experience. I belong to a nationwide real estate investing group who, for the last 5 years, up until Tuesday the 12th of February 2019, has had a running reservation for a room for at least 45-75 people, many, not all, of whom eat or drink while we were there at HUDSONS for the typical 3 hour meeting every 2nd Tuesday.
However, last month, all that changed as when we all began to arrive on this particularly rainy night, by ones and twos, we are told that HUDSON'S has booked another well known corporate group who paid a much higher rate than we had paid for the space and that they can no longer accommodate us that night. Now, Many of our group drive for this meeting, some as far away as Columbus Ga. and that quickly we find ourselves with nowhere to meet. We understand that business demands that you go where the money is. However, business relationships are built on trust and dependability and this single event, and the fact that they were aware they had done this TWO FULL DAYS PRIOR, combined with the fact that they did not notify our liaison nor our group leader, in fact they chose to wait till the night of the event to turn us all away. Now fortunately for our group, TACO-MAC right down the street was willing, in fact very graciously offered to permanently offer themselves as a reliable solution to our meeting location problem, which our group has accepted.
