Just moved to Sandy and discovered I could no longer get Xfinity. SandyNet was available and looked good b/c it was fiber optic. But for a $100 install charge they came out and only hooked up 1 outlet!!! Now they are arguing with me that the ethernet cable needs to be on all the other connections or it's the builder's problem. Bull! If the ethernet connections were attached, I could plug them in myself. They were telling me it's an additional $25 per outlet to put the connectors on. Horrid!! Finally, after getting sharp and having to explain the situation 3 times Carlos decided to come out and look. I'll update this review when I know what they are going to do (or not do).
