Wow - SandyNet provides tremendous customer support and hustle! We are so impressed and thankful for their help this afternoon. Our wifi was down, so I called the SandyNet number and spoke to Carlos at 3pm on a Friday. He called back within 30 minutes, and shortly after that a team of guys were at our house to look into the problem. Apparently a rodent had chewed through our fiberoptic cable. They worked together to replace it and install new routers, all in the last hour and a half of their work week on a Friday!
