Picker's Corner Thrift Store — Local services in Sandy

First time at Picker’s yesterday and my experience was beyond exceptional as when I showed up in the mid-afternoon they were closed earlier than usual but I was fortunate in that moment to cross paths with the proprietor who was on her way out. I explained that I was leaving town in the morning and very much was looking forward to digging thru their selection of physical media, to which she was so gracious to reopen the doors to me. I mean, wow, that’s pretty damn cool. I drove an HOUR to check this place out and the door says closed, be back at 2:30. I arrived at 2:45. I thought I'd be reasonable and wait a little longer...it's now 3:07 and they're still closed. This is not a holiday and this is a day they should be open according to their posted hours. Now I get to drive home and I wasted 2 hours of my day off. So disappointing. I definitely won't make...

A very nice store hidden in the elbow of Sandy. The prices are amazing and the employees are very outgoing and friendly. There's not a lot of room inside the store but it's packed with deals and pretty cool stuff you probably won't find at Salvation Army...
