Vintage Oak Furniture — Local services in Sandy

We Bought a table and special order desk then put $400 down. We were doing a remodel so they were to hold them until we were ready for delivery. When we called for delivery they told us they only had one thing to deliver. When we asked what was going on they told us they had put a sold sign on our table that someone had taken the sign off and they had resold it to someone else and it was now in their home. The table cannot be re ordered since it is discontinued and all they would do is sell us something else if we wanted it. I am furious because that table matched perfectly the wood in our living Room So now we Are stuck with no table and no logical explanation. I will never understand how their computer did not tell them that table was already sold to someone else. Apparently for them it's no big deal, but I will never shop there again! It is unbelievable to me how this could happen and to them it was n9 big deal. I looked a long time to find exactly what I wanted, but to them I guess customers aren't that important as long as they get $$ from...

We haven't bought new furniture in a while but have multiple bedroom sets, dining table and chairs, leather sectional and side chairs and entertainment center that were all purchased at Vintage Oak over the years with a great experience and results.

Recently, we had a large crack made in one of our dining room chairs when our son leaned too far back in it. We took it into Vintage Oak for advice. Trish showed us what they had available that would be a close match but it was old enough that both the stain color and the leather seating were no longer available and we wouldn't be able to match it. Trish gave us the name of a contact who does furniture repair and she was able to fix the chair to look almost brand new.

Great service from Trish to help us get the chair fixed so it would still match the rest of the dining set instead of just pushing the sell of a new chair or set. Vintage Oak truly cares about their customers and providing...

We have had the best experience at Vintage Oak purchasing some furniture for our house. We ordered a custom Amish Dining Table from them and are currently having it made and shipped. We also purchased a leather living room set from them. It is great quality and delivery was quick. Everyone at Vintage Oak was great to work with and very friendly.

Update - We received our Amish Dining Table from Vintage Oak during this past week. Their delivery team was amazing and assembled this massive table without a hitch. The two-toned table is solid oak and measures 5 feet by 10 feet and comfortably seats 12 with both extensions in it. When there is just the two of us at home. It is just 5 feet by 6 feet, but can easily seat 6-8 people. (The chairs in the photo were not from Vintage Oak.)
