👎🏼 The only reason I add 1 star is because the review made me in order to post. I normally don’t write negative reviews when I have a bad experience unless it is egregious. By the looks the comments this store has had its share of issues. I just left the store & ordered an island impact requested that the pineapple juice be removed and to add kale and its place. When I receive my receipt I noticed they charge me for the kale. I told the clerk it was a mistake, I remove the pineapple juice in order to add the kale and its place. The clerk argue they charged me what I ask for. I’ve asked the clerk which was a guy with blond colored hair why would anyone pay for an additional item they can get with their substitute. Instead of being apologetic he wanted to argue so I asked for a refund. He snatched the receipt which caused the change to fly to the floor. When he returned my money I was a nickel short. I had to tell him it was a nickel he let fly across the floor. That’s the second reason why he should’ve known he could have made the mistake of adding that item on my ticket just like he made the mistake of refunding me the incorrect amount. Then when I proceeded to leave he stated, “you have a nice day, in a very nasty tone. I didn’t say a word or look back to antagonize his behavior.. This young man was that age of one of my children. I frequently stop by this location for many years. I have never seen this young man before. This location seems to have a change of employees frequently. In times like this where people are cooking more at home specially shakes you would think the customer service would be at a greater level. Read moreMe and my mom have been coming to this smoothie king for a while and recently when we have been coming Kate, and wells have been very spiteful and nasty to us we ask our smoothies to be made on the thick side but it always seems to be a problem with them two when we come in they’re not the friendliest and they make other peoples smoothies before ours even though we have already ordered I wish I could call and speak to the manager but he or she is never in and we visit quite often very upset with our encounter we had today and I will not be letting these two staff members make me choose another home to get my smoothies from because I enjoy this location and I never have this problem with any other staff I hope something is done about this because I don’t want me and my mom to continue being treated like we aren’t spending our hard earned money and time to come here thanks. A woman in front of me had her smoothie remade at the discretion of the worker because, “it looks like jelly”. She asked if he could just add ice because she had been waiting a while, but he preferred to start over. That means old, expired ingredients because if the recipe is the same, what gives?
