My wife and I had been looking into buying a home for a few years and had been looking at the Oak Creek Homes Sanger website for over a year now. We recently decided it was time to make the drive out there and were greeted by BT when we walked through the door. We was welcoming and professional and asked us what our interests and needs were. We told him we were new to the process and were looking for some general information and were curious what they could offer to our family. He asked us some questions about our needs and we viewed a model that he thought would suit our needs. We were impressed immediately and he was able to answer most of our questions and said he would get the answers he didn’t have available, and he did. At first it didn’t look like we would be able to afford exactly what we wanted but the BT showed us would suit our needs. We thanked him for his time and within 15 minutes of leaving he called back and said he had reworked some things and could get us where we needed to be. We had looked at some of their competition and frankly it was obvious to us that Oak Creek was superior in almost every way so we were happy and hopeful that BT was willing to put in the extra effort to get us the home we wanted instead of settling for just good enough. We are now in the process of buying our home from Oak Creek in Sanger, Texas and would certainly recommend them to our friends, family, and anyone who thinks that mobile homes are the way...

I would give negative rating if I could. Only one staff member came to us when we walked in. The others were to busy watching the game on TV in the front lobby. The lady that approached us ask if she can help us and we told her we spoke briefly with Mike on the phone. He seemed more attentive to his football game than a potential customer. Once Mike finally took his eyes off the tv he took us to in his office. Right away he wanted to take our personal information before even asking us questions on what we were interested in or answer the few questions we had. Upon which time he became a bit rude to us because we didn't want to give our personaly info right away. We said we just want to get some information first before we give him all our personal info and he said to us well i just want to get your info first to make sure I don't show you a house you can not afford. We were so taken back about his response. It took us a second to respond to him.. Very unprofessional! How does he know what we can and can not afford. They will never get a penny from me or anyone I know. Do not RECOMMEND!! Fyi.... thanks Mike for being rude. We decided to go with the barndominium instead. Paid in full in...

My wife and I had been looking for a home for 1 year and 1/2. And the market was so jacked up. We decided to go speak with oak creek in Sanger. Had a sit down with mike chalk, gave us the ins and outs ups and downs and was very professional yet very direct with what we could make happen and what we could not. BT (the boss) did everything he could do to help my family out with meeting there needs. We got the home we wanted and throughout the processed they never skipped a beat. Every time we called, they answered. Every question we had they answered. Any doubt we had they made us believe and we appreciate the faculty in Sanger and there customer service. Awesome people over there. Highly recommend oak creek homes in Sanger if you want the honest bid on any kind of mobile\ manufactured home. Good people, great service, and my home got done within 2 1/2 months of my deposit (inc being built, interior, septic, water, electric, ac, everything) BOOM! Done like that! Awesome Awesome Awesome...
