7/2021 3/5 stars Kung Pao chicken with fried rice. Kung pao was far too salty even though I like salty foods like salty preserved plum. The taste of the chicken was mostly salt instead of being balanced. Impossible to finish. Fried rice wasn't evenly cooked. Some patches of salt and pepper that wasn't mixed well into the rest of the rice. Some of the rice was hard, definitely not edible.

The Dan Dan Noodle beef have an authentic Chinese flavor (not the Americanized Chinese fast food flavor) with well-made noodles and broth you want to keep slurping. Bok choy and Chinese-flavored, boiled egg makes it a very healthy meal. The Pork Miso Ramen has a less complex broth than the best Japanese ramen restaurants, the ones that go all out with days long cooking to make just the broth, so don't expect it to beat those. But, on its own as a mall restaurant noodle, it's decent with tasty enough pork slices, egg, and a variety of vegetables to fill you up. My wife had gotten ramen to only expect instant noodles with very bland broth and microwaved pork belly... to top it off thinking the soup doubling where going to be better, nope! They taste like paper and plastic at the same time all put inisde a Styrofoam to go plate, they tasted really old and bland as well. To add insult to injury everything was $45!!! And they still asked for a tip... I would say the coke was the best item but they had dirty ice from the machine!!! After I had already drank the coke! Please avoid this place...
