Wow what a great place! Its pretty rare for people to feel compelled to write anything but a scathing review of a business but I believe my Robbins Brothers experience should be shared.

I know how confusing ring shopping can be. The customer service and peace of mind I have received from Robbins Brothers has been exceptional. I purchased my ring from Olivia- she is an extremely knowledgeable gemologist and a diamond expert. Her attention to detail and follow up has made this process easy and I highly recommend all of you save yourselves some headache by making this your first and only stop. Their guarantee is excellent and they don't screw around with fine print or try to get out of upholding their end of the bargain. We came in for a few appointments to look at diamonds. We felt pressured by multiple sales reps and managers to submit a security deposit for a diamond we liked. Ultimately we decided to go in another direction.

The floor manager, Bill Aldredge, was very kind and understanding throughout the entire process. Even after we decided not to move forward with buying, he showed us exemplary and professional customer service. He was very reasonable and trustworthy.

On the other hand, Sahar was a great sales rep up until we told her that we were moving in a different direction. She completely changed her attitude and was rude and unprofessional to us after she found out she wasn't going to make any commission off of us.

She was kind, extremely patient, and helpful as I tried on ring after ring, trying to narrow down the style that I liked. She was understanding as I went from case to case telling her what I liked and didn't like and then came up with great suggestions for what to try on next while being mindful of my budget. Veronica kept me focused on our goal by having me select my favorites every time we tried on a new ring so I wasn't overwhelmed by our selection pool at the end.
