This place is fantastic! As a first impression, the employees are always friendly and welcoming, which is always a plus. Their prices are a little high but their portions are massive so it is actually a great value! Every time I've come here, quite a few times at this point, their food has been hot and fresh. Every time, every thing I've ordered. Not just that, but tasty and tender. They have great beef options, always tender, always tasty. They really don't need any sauce because they have a nice flavor on their own. Same goes for their BBQ chicken, good light flavor, always juicy and tender. Now, what I usually come here for is chicken katsu. Nothing beats their katsu with katsu sauce. Plates usually come with a side of white rice that's nice and sticky but not dry, mac that's pretty good, and some cabbage under the meat that gets slowly cooked if you let your plate sit for a while. Personally I tend to skip the cabbage, but everyone has their own tastes. With all of that out of the way, this really isn't a place you go to get a meal for one. You can easily share a plate with someone and have enough food for both of you, see the provided picture. I definitely recommend this if you're in the area, and they have other...

The food is great and I did have to wait for my pick up order but all things considered it was pretty quick for how understaffed they were.

This place lost a star because I felt bad for the poor girl behind the counter. The cashier Michelle was the only one in the front. She was handling the line (it was almost to the door) and calling out the orders. The poor girl had to deal with rude people demanding condiments and asking self explanatory questions while she was rushing around trying to do her job. She handled everything with commendable professionalism, grace and incredible hustle!

Seriously, if you are reading this Aloha management, you should either hire someone to help out with the lunch rush or give this chick a BIG RAISE! From 9 years of experience in the food service industry, I know people with this kind of hustle and work ethic are extremely...

Holy cow! The portion of food you get from one order is enough to feed 3 or 4 people. Hungry people. The container lid can barely close over the sheer amount of food inside. This place does not cheap out on the food. Your pile of meat choice is literally a whole stack. Yes, if you get the cabbage, it is stuffed under the meat, but not enough to dimish the meat pile in any way. My wife and I made the mistake of not noticing the portion size mentioned by other reviewers, and we ordered two platters. We were eating those platters for the rest of the week. Food taste is great, and it definitely does taste like the food we had when we were in Hawaii. Service was done by very professionally pleasant and friendly gentleman.

If you're in the area and feel like Hawaiian food or just plain starved for a ton of food, hit this spot up. It's...

Delicious food! I always get the Kahlua pork combo but everything here is great. The portion sizes are EPIC This is usually two meals for me AND my cat. Because there is no way she will let me not share this goodness. Handicapped Parking near the entrance Entrance is wheelchair accessible by ramp on the corner of the sidewalk by the parking Doorways are wide for easy entrance Aisles wide enough for access Countertops appropriate heights for wheelchair access Large wheelchair accessible bathroom

The food is delicious and the portions are great, even for the mini meals. The only downside to this establishment is the cashier Karina. I walked in with my wife and waited in front of her for over five minutes before she even acknowledged us. Karina couldn't even spare a "hello" or "welcome" as she appeared to doodle on a piece of paper. It seemed as if us being there was an inconvenience to her. Customer service is vital in my book and she was lacking on our visit.
