Anthropologie — Local services in Santa Barbara

Shopping in the store is good, they are always friendly and helpful. Ordering online is ok but never overnight delivery. I needed something in another size quickly so I paid for overnight shipping. It took 4 days and I I received it after the event. This is the second time this has happened. I feel that I should be refunded for the extra money but when I asked I was told that because of unforseen circumstances, such as bad weather, the shipping could be delayed. My wife orders items from Anthropologie and I end up having to return the things she doesn't like/don't fit to the store.

I am always EXTREMELY impressed when I walk into Antrhopologie. The people that work here are of a caliber you do not expect when walking into a retail store. The store is always immaculate. They follow social distancing protocols and somehow are warm and friendly at the same time. I've told my wife to buy more from Anthropologie because of it.

The store is beautiful and the staff is very helpful. The quality of the clothing is awful. Every time I find a piece that I like, there is something wrong with it. For the price, I would expect a little more quality control. I used to buy a lot at the store, now I always walk away...
