I called their store to ask if they provide recycling for printer toners. When I greeted the person who answered the phone (if I remember correctly, her name was Jacqueline) and asked how she was doing, I received an angry “okay,” followed by an accusation that I had called earlier and that they were not interested in whatever I was offering. However, that was the first—and last—time I had ever called them.

I kindly explained that she must have mistaken me for someone else and then proceeded to ask my original question. In response, I was met with silence on the other end. They hang up. Highly unprofessional.

They might have a good selection of supplies, but if this is how they treat people, I will not be visiting their store.

Nice and wide selection of papers. Sometimes employers could have more knoledge about what they are selling. If you ask if a certain paper can be used in a printer and the employer says yeas make sure the paper works in a printer. (Ask if they can try the paper in their printer). I bought 20 papersheets and none of them worked in a printer to great irritatation for me, and very time consuming when making x-mas cards to send. Pricing could be more...

Older lady who checked us out straight up ruined our day. Incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. We couldn’t figure out why she was so mean without reason. It ruined the experience and we won’t be returning. Thought about it all day. The young employee was lovely and helpful & is the one star for the place.
