It starts with your phone system, no matter which number you dial, including a local 805 number, you are routed to San Diego without the caller's knowledge. I did not receive a return phone call after speaking with your main office. The main office had no idea if you had many accounts in the Santa Ynez Valley. I finally called again and got a voicemail.
