The treatment left marks on my face, which is naturally a bad scenario if you are getting a service before an important event. I reached out 3 times for advice (nothing else!) on why the treatment messed up my skin, but no response after first telling me there could have been a color change in my skin (?). The lady who provided the service was very kind, and the two stars are for her. But I had actually booked with someone else that was mentioned frequently in other reviews, and without any communication or acknowledgment, was assigned someone else. I am beyond impressed with Alicia's work, demeanor, precision and passion for what she does! This must be my 4th or 5th visit with her, and I have now received brow-shaping, lip-wax, a facial and now a Brazilian wax with the sugaring method (this prevents breakage and therefore less ingrowns). She has multi-faceted talent and her work is impeccable! Let me note that she spent every second with me during my facial - (she even gave me a great massage while I was being steamed...I feel I always get my money's worth with her, and I don't have to break the bank to feel pampered and polished again)....

I went to Spa Cia for two treatments based on the many 5 star reviews and was so happy I did! Alicia gave me an awesome deep tissue massage. She is an extremely skilled and intuitive masseuse. She occasionally checked how I was feeling regarding pressure but otherwise she let me enjoy the treatment in silence. I also had a tama microcurrent facial with Marissa, who was super sweet and I very much enjoyed that as well. I had never had that service before and i definitely felt the muscles in my cheeks lift.
