MINISO USA — Local services in Santa Clarita

I Went to the store in Valencia on 07/25 @ 16:51:57 and was overcharged.

I asked the cashier to charge me an extra item as I wanted 2 instead of the 1 I had originally grabbed (I was charged for 3 and only brought 2 home). I also asked for a price check on an item I had in hand and asked her not to add it, but it was still charged and put in the bag (I didn’t pay attention bcs I was busy grabbing the second item I wanted). She also told me that I received a free gift with my purchase which were 70% alcohol pads and she charged me for those as well.

I’m very disappointed. I don’t know if it was a mistake or a scam to make more money. I usually don’t look at my receipts and now I feel robbed. Ugh. I really hope someone can see my review and contact me ASAP.

I have been trying to call the number provided which is disconnected and The store is located over 30 mins away. I find it very hard to drive all the way over there due to the fact that I have a newborn and with covid I’d prefer not to expose her if not necessary.

What was supposed to be a quick run to the mall to exchange my phone screen cover turned into a headache for stepping foot into Valencia MINISO. 🤦🏻‍♀️
