Ridiculous excuse of a store. There’s a big reason why the stores are losing customers who turn to online shopping such as Amazon for the same products.
I was just here a few minutes ago and was going to purchase about $160 worth of bath stuff for someone’s birthday present. I got to the register and the employee was helping another customer. The customer left and the cashier continued wrapping items as I stood there for another five minutes. She informed me she would be with me in a few minutes.
If she was that occupied spending her time wrapping stuff; possibly for the customer that left the store minutes prior, with no other cashier present, then there should’ve been a second person at the registers.
How is it people do not understand that a stores priority should be to help customers and get the customers out of there in a timely manner?!!!
