Let me tell you a story!!! I met Ana, the wonderful owner of this establishment when our flight was delayed and me and a whole group of people were stranded in Houston overnight. I love this chicken. Great place to run to for lunch time. I also order ahead on the weekend to eat with the family. When I lived alone I would order here and divide it for the week. This was the best food experience we had while on vacation in Santa Fe. My husband and I shared the $13.00 half chicken meal and found it adequately filling for the both of us.
