I can’t say enough good things about JB Jewelers! I first went in to have a ring (purchased elsewhere) checked out, along with getting a few other rings resized and replacing some missing diamonds. Brian was incredibly helpful from the start. He appraised my ring and gave me honest, professional advice that I truly appreciated.

About a month later, I had a fall and lost a diamond from another band. I brought it back in for a quick repair, and they took care of it right away. Around the same time, the engagement ring I had purchased elsewhere didn’t work out, and I was thankfully able to return it. That's when I went back to Brian, and I’m so glad I did. Brian worked closely with me to design a custom engagement ring. I asked a million questions, and not once did he make me feel like a burden, he was patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable every step of the way. He even worked within the budget of the original ring I returned.

Huge kudos to Brian and his dad Jose, they created a ring I absolutely love. They also helped complete my dream wedding ring stack by resizing a band and from my mom’s old wedding ring. It’s truly something special.

I took my wedding bands here to be fixed. They were attached by two bars to fit around my engagement ring and had broken apart. I walked in and everyone was so kind and welcoming! The jeweler explained to me the reason it broke was bc the bars were too thin. He gave me the option for him to fix it as is, or to make them thicker. He was very knowledgeable, upfront and honest about everything. I felt comfortable leaving my wedding bands with them. What I didn't expect was to get them back better than when I left them! It had been sized down at a different jeweler and I could always see where the sizing had been done. Well, JB's had fixed it! My rings are so incredibly beautiful all the way around! He did SUCH an AMAZING JOB and is SO VERY TALENTED! Even my husband (who is super picky) was so impressed by his work!! I'm so happy and thankful and I will never take my jewelry anywhere else!!
