Man, oh, man. I can NOT thank Dmitry enough for saving what was a disastrous day! A few days ago, I booked a yacht with a different company (who shall not be named because I'm nice) in the same marina and they left us literally stranded on the dock because neither our point of contact or captain was reachable. And yes, we were on time. They ended up cancelling our booking, so my friends and I frantically started looking for another company. As Yelp always does, it came through for us. We found UNIQ Charters and they answered my call by the 2nd ring. Dmitry was on the other side of the line and listened as I explained our situation to him and he was SO understanding. In a matter of 5 minutes, he was able to find us a yacht that met our needs! It ended up being the same yacht model we booked with the first company but for a much cheaper price! Granted, the closest slot was 2 hours later but the first company couldn't even accommodate us with another time at all! Between the first call and the time of our trip, I called Dmitry about 5 times with questions because we wanted to make sure the load we had with us was acceptable on the boat. We had alcohol, snacks, decorations (for my friend's birthday), and floaties (but didn't get a chance to use them). But for all 5 calls, Dmitry was patient and responsive. When we met up with him, he even helped carry our beer! What a guy! All 6 of us had an absolutely fantastic time partying, drinking, and dancing. The birthday girl was ecstatic! Oh, and captain Patti was great, too! She wasn't strict with anything at all. I would DEFINITELY book with this...
