I'm giving a 5 star review based solely on my tour of the property with Larissa. She took the time to let me see vacant units to compare size and price and was very patient while I made notes as I'm researching places to live. I'd definitely consider moving here based on my experience with her and the leasing staff alone and would absolutely recommend anyone looking to move to MDR to come check this place out. It's an older building, not pet friendly, but very well maintained from what I could see, and while it doesn't have a/c - I think the proximity to the water and the amenities offered still make the price of the units seem well worth it. Definitely impressed also by the amount of guest parking available too....

DO NOT LIVE HERE! The management of this place is a joke!

Place is infested with birds who leave feces everywhere in the pool and entrances. Never is cleaned up!

The car ports do not have a roof on them to protect the cars so if you park there look out for at least 10 bird droppings in one day.

Management lives on property and goes around looking for things to do and write tenants up for things like a towel on ur porch or a bike in your parking space :(

Avoid this great location ruined by...

Honestly love living here. We moved in mid pandemic and found that the apartment is great value, and the complex has great office management (shoutout to Melia!) and fast turnarounds if we have any maintenance issues (Santiago and David have been amazing!).

Can’t speak to the amenities other than the gym as we don’t use them much but the gym is super convenient and well equipped.
