Was shopping for a birthday present for a 2-year old boy. Saw a guitar and asked what other colors do they have. Instead of answering my question, the saleslady said “It is very expensive.” To me it was a very rude reply and of course I felt offended and I made it known to her. She said what she meant was that the guitar is for a beginner and not for a 2- year old. Be that as it may, that saleslady was very unprofessional and came across to me as discriminating. I visited here with my son last Saturday. I splurged $88 on a firefighter costume If you're willing to splurge a little for a lot of joy, this toy store is where to be. However, if you're pinching pennies and normally buy your kids' toys on Amazon or Target, you will probably find this store pricey. This place is different from your run-of-the-mill toy shop. It has a great location and excellent customer service.
