I am so disappointed of this location. Today i submitted a mobile order while i was coming from my home. Mobile order should at least take 3-6 minutes. I arrive at this location and all i see a huge line of customers waiting in line to get their coffee but i still dont see my coffee in the "mobile order" section. I waited a few minutes more. After another 5 to 8 minutes i STILL DON'T SEE IT COMING OUT! I got really irritated because i had to get to work on time. I go up to the register and i asked the girl where was my frappuccino and she looks over to the small printer and she was looking through the receipts that were coming out of the printer. So they didn't prepare my cup with a label in the first place. I get there no coffee ready after 10 MINUTES. This is ridiculous. I'M NEVER GOING TO PLACE A MOBILE ORDER AT THIS LOCATION. Management should read this review and tell employees that mobile orders need to be prioritized. Because if you order via mobile is because i dont want be waiting in line. This place should be like the Starbucks on Stony Point and Sebastopol Rd. I've never had to wait for my coffee there....
Read moreUpon trying to look at the cup display of everything that actually was for sale I was informed that that's not allowed--you have to have someone assist you.
Not sure what's up with this (I collect cups and frequent a lot of stores all over NorCal), this is the first time I've ever run into this policy at a store. No explanation as to why, just "not allowed". Odd, but okay?
Also noticed some cups that were labeled "not for sale", almost as if it were someone's personal cup collection or something (or maybe they're actually being resold, no clue). These included Been There series cups from Hawaii & other states (amongst other collectable cups that are not actually sold locally like the Pineapple studded venti tumbler, also from Hawaii). Maybe that's why customers aren't allowed to touch the cup wall?
Either way, off-putting & def won't be back. Half the time if I'm not paying close attention the cup comes home with a bent straw or a chip in it & I get annoyed w/myself for missing it--so why would I have someone else get the cup for me if I already know I'm going to be particular about its condition? It just wastes...
Read moreI was just in the drive-through and I realized my account was locked when going to pay. One of the workers came up and told me to leave with an irritated look on her face. As she was speaking to me I said I had just gotten my account unlocked to pay but she wouldn’t let me.. As I do appreciate the free drink, it was a very odd experience. sometimes things happen and when you react to your customers negatively, it makes them not want to come back. Just something to think about for similar future situations with this location. I’ve never been denied payment because I didn’t have it instantly ready at the window And I’ve definitely never had a worker look at me so disgusted because my payment wasn’t ready on time. Funniest part is if they let me pay them I was going to give a generous tip for the inconvenience. Also want to clarify it wasn’t the girl working in the window, but I’m assuming a position above her. I was there at 8:38 AM on 9/12/24 if y’all want to look into this so you can correct...
