I went there last night at 11 which gave me about an hour to look around and shop. As we were getting close to the five-minute mark before they close me and my great aunt who let me remind you is 65, we're approaching the register line there was no one else there we were the last ones and I hadn't been to look over to the perfume that was right in the middle of the aisle. As I saw the perfume that I've been searching for forever the cashier Paula made a rude comment and I quote quotation as I saw the perfume that I've been searching for forever the cashier Paula made a rude comment and I quote "Are u kidding me?" This employee was so rude I couldn't even believe she has a job in customer service now I am taking into consideration that she wanted to go home however how dare her make us feel as if we were an inconvenience to her . I simply asked if she had the perfume I had wanted and she made a big sigh...as she pointed somewhere on the other side " it's over there ".... confused I wish she was pointing to I asked again where confused I Wearsch she was pointing to I asked again "where ma'am?" And then she said it's over there by The makeup. She made no attempts to show me so rather then help me get what I wanted and me getting out earlier instead she sends me to go search for this perfume. Luckily there was another worker and forgive me for not knowing her name was so very helpful and showed me that the exact perfume I was looking for was in the same aisle where I had asked the lady at the register in the first place. Paula continue to be rude and short with us my great aunt was not pleased and felt as if we were inconveniencing her the whole time . Here we were spending money into that store treated with no respect, she was very unprofessional, and plain rude. but I do want to say thank you to Jill in women's shoes that night for her excellent customer service and :-) attitude for if it wasn't for her and the other employee that assisted me I probably would never go to santee store again. However because I had 2 employees how we're not lazy and who went out of their way to help me!! My overall rating is 3 stars. But I probably won't be lining up in Paula's...
Read moreUpdate: I had my online return. The lady and gentleman that helped me were super nice and efficient. They had more people working too. Much better experience and bought some more in store and online. Shipping was quick and my item was in good condition.
If you shop At Kohls Online I would stay away from In-Store Fulfillment with this location. I have used this feature on the college area location and had no problems. It’s faster to order the items straight to your house. It’s not worth the 5$ kohls cash to pick it up in store here. I received my item at home within 3 days. My item has been in the store for 4 days now and it’s still not ready. When I called in one person at Omni told me they had 30 boxes of items to go thru to find my order. When I spoke to the Manager he told me they were on the last box to go through. They are unapologetic and don’t seem to want to help at all. It’s frustrating to know that Amazon would have been here much sooner or that I could have had it to my house from kohls sooner. When I fulfill in store with the College location it’s always ready at the store the same day they receive it. Kohls Online won’t let you Cancel and Return the Order until you receive it. You also can only return the item I store. It’s much less convenient than I thought it would be. This store has issues in the front also. They desperately need more staff. there’s 10 people deep lines at the front, customer service, and Amazon Return. There is only 1 person per area. There are 0 employees actual walking the store to ask questions. You have to use your phone and scan every item because the shelves and price tags are a mess. God bless the woman working in customer service and returns. She is always super nice and helpful. She is always left alone with 4 computers that crash all the time. They have deals here but it’s almost better to just Amazon it. They really need to hire staff before they obviously have the business coming in. Nodbody will come in if that’s the case. They will just deliver everything from Kohl’s to...
   Read moreDear Khols/Sephora Customer Relations,
I am writing to share feedback about my experience at your store during closing hours. Unfortunately, tonight I encountered behavior from an associate of Sephora that left me feeling unwelcome and discouraged from making my purchase.
During my visit, the associate was noticeably dismissive and in my previous encounters with her she has been condescending in her responses to my questions. At one point, she handed me a basket in a manner that felt abrupt, even though I did not need one. Later, just before closing at 9:58 PM, she approached me and said, “I’m closed, you need to bring your items to the front so I can check you out.” While I understand the need to begin closing procedures, the tone and choice of words were unnecessarily curt. A more professional, customer-friendly approach would have made all the difference.
I observed similar interactions with other customers on past visits, which suggests this may be a pattern. The rushed and dismissive manner in which I was treated caused me to abandon the items I intended to purchase.
I did speak briefly with the store manager, Thomas, before leaving. He assured me that he would address the matter, but I wanted to follow up directly to emphasize how important it is for customers to feel respected, even in the last few minutes before closing.
I value Sephora for its products and normally enjoy my shopping experience, but in this case I left feeling unwelcome. I hope this feedback can help improve the consistency of customer service, particularly around...
