My neighbor just called the Sapulpa O'Reilly's looking for a fuel pump on a 1999 Chevrolet Lumina with a 3.1. The person that took the call stated he wasn't a Chevy guy and didn't know what that was. Needless to say called Advanced talked to a guy named Sam and got fixed up. It's sad how far down hill the Sapulpa store has gotten. We used to be greeted by the employees every time we went and they had the same employees for a long time. Now it's hit and miss, some days like today it's like they don't wanna do their job. My husband always talked to the manager with the big beard (we were told he transfered) or the to ladies that ran the back counter. My friend Jonathan Scroggs broke down, walked to Autozone, they didn't know what they were doing there. MY friend left and walked to your store. Nick helped him Right off the bat. Nick gave Johnathan a ride back to his truck , in his own car, Then came back on his lunch break, helped Jonathan push the truck out of the way, into a parking lot. And helped him. Read moreOrdered a fuel pump, fuel pump was faulty. Dropped fuel tank again, Went to replace it, they had to order another one. Luckily I opened the box in the store in front of the manager JJ. Wrong fuel pump in the right box. Wait ANOTHER day. This time I had him order three pumps. All three had the wrong pump in the right box. He couldn’t even figure out what pump was in the box because it did it register in their system. When people are buying fuel pumps it’s because a vehicle is down and needs immediate fix. All you’ve done is waste my time, mileage and I still have a truck down. Their solution, give me my money back “sorry bud, you’d be better off buying this elsewhere”. Gee thanks.
