Well what do you know a low budget laundry mat ... doesn't have it’s own website/review so I'll write a review here for plaza management and it’s location.

I live downtown and needed a place to wash all my clothes from a storage unit from West Palm Beach to Sarasota... I have no prejudice towards the area... but based on my experience the outside reflects the people inside.

I’m going to be as ethical in the fact of the owner/manager and his girl are on the spectrum with Asperger and are socially awkward and don’t understand the human emotions of how upsetting the fact that they have dryer’s that are not up to par and is stealing money and time of a customer. I explained to the owner/manager that the dryer has not dried my clothes and I have put money for nearly 30min. (This was my second night in a row visiting the site the first night I had no issues...the second was when this incident occurred) Instead of an empathic apology which I can say they helped with the first dryer(which was done by the laundress) but the second dryer on top of the other had the same issue. Was greeted with eyes rolls, scientific breakdown of how the dryers work(by the male manager) and etc. It was more of a tag team when two people felt strong to gain up on one person (when the laundress by herself was nice and willing to help the first time switched when the manager came in) and I was being bullied and left to wait until I brought it up again. I guessed I threatened his masculinity and authority and he was butt hurt by me challenging him in front of his girl. We both suggested to look at the CCTV.... to which I was given the money to finish drying my clothes.

Nonetheless I will NOT be visiting that location ever again!!

So if you enjoy a dirty place with lack of empathy, on the spectrum children running around unprotected without shoes or mask bumping into and touching other customers during Covid-19 due to neglect and having a child there the whole day at work. Signs of machines not working or without signs to take your money then this is the place for you!!

There are frequently vagrants that stay there during the night. They definitely need some sort of security. Save a lot saves you money but the cost of cheaper prices comes at a cost of fewer varieties. Family dollar has good prices and a wide variety of products for multiple needs. They even have clothes! Also there are short lines, and the workers gets to play whatever music they've got on their playlist. Also almost every cashier I've checked out with there has been very nice. I stop by often when I need to pick up something in a rush. I definitely recommend this store. There is plenty of parking, but as I said, there are vagrants that hang around unfortunately. This little shopping center is a good place to wrap up a few quick chores all in one...

It's not the best-looking of plazas nor of the best variety. In any case, it does serve the area residents with groceries, laundry, etc. With that being said, I can't understand how there's always so much trash on the ground. There are trash cans every 10 feet. SMH! Appearance has everything to do with the activity that it attracts. If you contribute to this, do better! I'm not judging or speaking from a pedestal. We all got flaws & can work on something about ourselves each & every day of our lives & still fall...
