China One — Restaurant in Sarasota

Bought a new phone and didn't have their number saved. I love this restaurant. They remember you if you come often and are especially nice. They don't specifically speak the clearest english, but their personality is always on fire for kindness and they truly do work fast! I always get the Chicken wing combination with pork fried rice.. Crispiest chicken and best pork fried rice ever! I dont ever go anywhere else.. nor do I eat anything else from the menu besides Crab ragoon.. I have tried their boneless and bone in spare ribs (bomb) and I cannot find anything wrong with them. I dont typically eat chicken @ chinese places since they are kind of weird or me texture wise almost as if not chicken so I can't defend ANY chicken at ANY chinese place but, my chicken wings are always amazing! Trying to give a good review since I've gone here 4 plus years(not sure how much longer than that) but I have always gone back to the chicken wing combo and have gotten in several times in the week when I was really out of shape and didn't care. Either way this chinese restaurant is the FASTEST and better of the buffets available (11-3?). Always get a "ok about 10 minutes" for my meals and never wait long even when its busy (prob 5-10 longer never ANYTHING EVER later and this is RARE for them to even be minutes off of what they say. Awesome people. Awesome food. Awesome chicken wings.. bare with the language barrier the food is WELL WORTH...

The worst customer service ever. The lady in the store was completely rude for no reason all because I politely asked why did my price jump from 16.50 to 20 something with no attitude just wanting to know. Then on my way out I asked for extra soy sauce and she said with attitude it's in the bag so I then told her i wanted extra and she brought it around the corner with a huge attitude I will never come here again and this was my mother's favorite place to come since I was little because they had nice staff just for them to come thus far to have a very rude and ignorant person working for yall with her attitude there will be more people turning away hope u find a...

The man on the couch mentioned a few times was a boy not a man and he suffers from autism. My heart goes out to him. I experienced as others similar from The Young early 20 something female who takes the orders. She is constantly on the phone and very standoffish not friendly at all. The food is typical franchise fare . The egg rolls suck anybody tell you any different is a hack. The best things on the menu in my humble opinion are the garlic wings and the garlic shrimp. Shrimp lo mein is not bad at all. One of the best things I can say about this place is that I did not observe any cat carcasses hanging in the kitchen....
