Soto's Opticians on Main Street — Local services in Sarasota

I can’t say enough good things about Soto's Opticians on Main Street — they are truly amazing! My eyeglass frame broke over the weekend, and with everything else closed, they were the only ones who told me to come in. Not only did they fix it on the spot, but they were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout the whole process. My frame is from a unique brand that very few places carry. I originally found them through the Silhouette website, and ironically, Soto’s doesn’t even carry that brand anymore — but they still went out of their way to help me anyway. The second day we arrived in Sarasota on our winter vacation, my wireless frames broke. I went into Soto’s Opticians on Main Street (Soto’s Optical Boutique) without an appointment and they replaced my frames as I waited. A month later my wife’s designer sunglass arms came apart. Again, they attached them without an appointment while we waited! We looked around the store while we waited, they have a very nice selection of glasses. Awesome Optical shop in downtown Sarasota! Every part of the experience was fantastic. From the exam, the frame selection, and incredible staff! While getting new glasses and changing out lenses in two other pairs of glasses, my prescription changed. They swapped my lenses for the new prescription and darkened my lenses to accommodate my light sensitive eyes, all at no charge! In addition because they wanted to be sure my glasses worked for me they did all this past the 90 day exchange guarantee! Can't say enough great things...
