First off I’d like to shout out Alejandra M! Top tier customer service and she really helped me picking out my new Crosspaths. I’ve started getting pain in my Achilles lately and knew I had to get new shoes that had great support. I was looking at getting a pair of Hokas, because of all the good things people say about them. After trying on both the HOKA Clifton 9 and the new Vans Crosspath, I decided to go with the vans mainly, because they feel like the Hokas. I normally have a great experience at this store but when I went in on 6/16 I had an extremely pushy sales associate following me around the store. She kept asking me if I wanted to add on sales items and I said no over five times and then at checkout I told her I only wanted the two items I selected she then left the register to go and hold up sales items and ask me if I wanted to buy them, it got to a point where I awkwardly had to ask her to stop and to please...

Friendly knowledgeable staff. The young man helping me really went out of his way to make sure I was getting the correct pair of Van's for me. I wish they carried a bit more inventory, but things are just back to normal, so it is what it is. They also have a in-house skate shop with wheels, trucks, bearings and a stack of fresh boards. A good amount of apparel too.
