First of all I think itās a shame that your most recent reviews are friends & family of one of your employees to bring up your ratings. Otherwise, your stars would not be higher. Secondly, Iāve been coming to this location since it opened 5+ yrs ago. It started out great when the owner āMattā was here running things. He found good management to take over while heās obviously elsewhere and things were ok for the past few years. Huge turn around. Which I understand in todayās economy. It just sucks when new people come in we have to start all over with them understanding how to make a drink. The past 6 months has been the worst! Idk if these kids donāt drink coffee or just don't care about their employment, but the same drink Iāve ordered for the past 8 yrs is always a guessing game what I will get. The newest manger is more worried about being everyoneās friend rather than work getting done timely and correctly. Iāve had times Iām the first one here as I work so early but waited at the window more than 10 min finally leaving to walk into the store to girls gossiping. I prefer to go in the store but the manager forgets to unlock the door š¤¦š»āāļø often. Itās long wait times, inconsistent drinks and immature rude gossipy girls that donāt have an ounce of customer service in them. Iāve been a barista and people pay A LOT of money for coffee habits. Making coffee is similar to a bartender. I can go to any other beans & brews and give my order and itās always done perfectly. So how is it that the one location Iām local to and attend daily has such a difficult time making it and Iām served with attitude by a staff more concerned about what each other did last night rather than the customers getting in and getting out. Not to mention what I pay for my drink changes depending on whoās working. This is a long review because itās been built up. Iāve allowed this location time to hopefully level out (again) in staff, but sadly the current staff is working here without the customers in mind. Please hire a mature responsible individual that can manage this location and train how to do the job properly? Until then I will drive the extra 10 min out of my way each day to the eagle Mt location or Lehi since they have no attitude and make my $8 drink correctly. That being said, I am becoming less and less likely to choose this location when deciding where to stop for coffee/snacks in the future because the time the drive-thru takes is so consistently, puzzlingly long. I have never gone inside to order at this location - I have exclusively used the drive-thru, so I can't speak on that. However, I've used the drive-thru a good dozen or so times now, at varying times of the day and levels of busy-ness and neither of those factors seem to have much of an effect on how surprisingly long the visit takes each and every time. I've been at times when there is absolutely no one else in the drive-thru except for me, from start to end (time of arriving/ordering to time I received my order), and the wait time was still frustratingly long. I should add, I'm never ordering more than 1 or maybe 2 drinks at a time (if I'm getting something for my mom or my brother who I'm visiting) on each occasion. I've ordered food only 2 or 3 times on these visits and that seems to add to the wait time, which is of course understandable, but in my honest opinion, I can't really say that the service time is what I'd expect as a reasonable amount of time. I'm kind of surprised they haven't done something to improve upon this yet, as they've been open for quite some time now. Anyway, other than that, like I said, the staff are always extremely sweet and upbeat, which is a breath of fresh air sometimes, and the food and beverages are a fair value for the price and very tasty. *I forgot to add - one thing I also think is odd is that when you pay with a card in the drive-thru, they hand you this humongous clipboard to sign the receipt, and I find this to be a little outdated. Ā Ā Ā Read more*Manager tried his best to address issue. B&B is one of the only coffee places that still makes egg nog drinks and when fine correctly they're SO GOOD! So I put my stars higher for that reason. Unfortunately this location has just got a rough patch with subpar staff. * This used to be my go to location, they had the best drinks and people before! After today I'm not sure I even wanna go to any of the locations anymore. I'll start with my first visit of the day where Westin made me feel like I was not a good enough customer with the way he was trying to explain to me about scanning my beans code. He kept goofily scanning over and over until I offered that he could take the phone. I thought the transactuon was fine since he handed me my drinks and food. Once I left I realized the drinks were wrong and called to inquire if they'd gone to a premix woth the eggnog latte and was told they can make it by adding more egg nog and the lady offered to remake them for me. Which brings me to my 2nd visit to get the drinks replaced at which point Westin advises me i need to pull the app up again because he'd "refunded" my drinks which I questioned since the woman I'd spoke to said they'd be replaced. Then as I was rudely being told by him again on how to get to the code to pay again I said I didnt see a refund and it looks like he didn't charge it. Then he tried to tell me they can't scan 2 items which I stated he may need to have better training because their corporate recently advised me that they'd fixed that. It was at this point that he began to be rude in tone and attitude, said it was my fault that the transaction earlier hadn't I said I didn't even want the drinks anymore because he is being so rude and asked for his name.
