Mike owns Accessories Depot, hes great to work with. Fast and has great prices and a clean and welcoming atmosphere in the shop. ACCESSORIES DEPOT @ square one mall just across from Champs. ACCESSORIES DEPOTS greatest asset my be Mike's eye for talent and his employment of RON & MARY who are 2 of the best representatives of the young up and coming work force. Ive got to know them all well after having my phone fixed at a ripoff shop @ NORTH SHORE MALL ( do not go) and it caused my phones all types of problems. So I ended up in need of help and that's when I met Ron and Mary. They are highly skilled, they work super fast and are very honest. I've been in a position where a new screen could of been sold to me but instead I was told there was a simple issue with a plug and I walked out with my phone perfect within 10 minutes and was charged $10 for some internal labor instead of the cost of a new screen if it wasn't for their honest work ethic I'd of paid for a full screen replacement without a blink of an eye. In today's world what phones and I pads mean to us in our daily lives for communication, work, education and (electronic babysitting lol) to have a relationship with a speedy smart and honest phone technician is the same to have a reliable mechanic for your car. You can no doubt find that relationship at Accessories Depot. I hope i dont need to see you guys anytime soon lol🤣..but if i bust my screen up again ill know where to go with the up most confidence in your work.
Oh yeah don't forget to tip! they really go out of thier way to have your back , save you...
Read moreWent in to get the back of my phone looked at as the glass was coming up, not cracked just not fully glued down. One of the workers put a clamp on the corner of my phone which ended up cracking the back glass.... They expected me to leave with a now cracked phone... Got them to finally order a new glass for my phone. Came back a week later to pick up the glass to which they would not put it on the phone for me after they had cracked it. Their 'deal' was to take the broken glass off my phone and give me the new one without putting it on. IE leave with no back glass on my phone......
Finally they just gave me the new glass and I left yet again with a freshly cracked phone. GG I would avoid any mall repair shops and just go to a reputable shop but each their own.
Edit: Owners reply is a 90% a lie, 10% truth is I am very ungrateful for their "help" The part they ordered was a cheap chinese glass and started coming up in the corners shortly after removing my own clamps to get the new one...
Read moreFirst time was fine, they charged me $130 to replace my broken iPhone 6 screen and put a glass screen protector on. It took about 20 minutes but after I got my phone back I realized the touch screen hardly responded to touch. It would only work if I slammed my thumbs onto the phone, and a certain part of the screen would dip into the phone if you put pressure on it. So I took it back today to have them replace it and their service was terrible. The guy took over an hour on a lunch break and what I was told would be 20 minutes to fix my phone turned into an hour. They didn't charge me but my screen is still exactly the same as it was yesterday, barely responding to touch and a part of the screen dips in (they tried to tell me this was normal with iPhone 6 screens, but I've had my screen replaced before and it never did that). I'm extremely disappointed with their service and it's not...
