Saugus Plaza — Local services in Saugus

The Square One doesn’t have a lot of stores in comparison to the Burlington Mall. Nordstrom, Apple, Microsoft, various shoe stores are not at the Square One Mall. Macy’s is probably the most recognized store there. However, it carries far less then the Macy’s at Burlington Mall. Nordstromrack has become my go to store along with online shopping. Also, if you shop through the Macy’s app, you have a larger selection of apparel. One store that I do not agree with is the Pet Store at Square One Mall. They have puppies in small cages that most likely came from puppy mills. That is just my personal feelings...

Stop n Shop, which has great employees, very helpful...I've never had a problem returning something out of date or just because. Kmart used to be there, now it is under construction to be a very large not sure yet....(heard maybe flooring) plenty of parking! Also liquor store..and Bank which I wouldn't use ATM bc they charge a lot of you don't belong...

Usually crowded, most of the bigger stores take a while for customer service if you can even find someone who works there. The food at the food court is pretty much typical, except for the downstairs tokyo resteraunt which is a bit more fancy, and has pretty good hibachi and light deserts.
