Would give ZERO stars if I could! I was shocked at the behavior of the manager. She scolded one of our children for picking up a toy to look at, then began cussing at the counter as the other employee handled our sale. I tried to ask her if there was a problem as I didn't appreciate her cussing multiple times in front of my children, let alone in front of a paying customer. She responded with "Please, I'm sure they've heard worse." Then got very argumentative and disrespectful, beyond unprofessional. She refused to provide me with her name, as did the other employee who said she just ignores her when she gets like this.

I hope this isn't how she treats customers on a regular basis. We have been bringing our children here for years to souvenir shop on our annual family vacation, but will NOT...

Walked in the store looking and ready to buy. Stood by the counter for 5 minutes without being acknowledged while there were 3 employees there.
