I wanted to like this place more. We were from out of town and wanted to try their pasties. We ordered two breakfast pasties. It turns out that the gentleman who took our order, took a similar order before us. The other order was one traditional and one breakfast pastie. When they called out the two breakfast pasties, we grabbed them and noticed that the gravy was not included. Instead it was bechamel sauce. When we asked to change the sauce. The lady had somewhat of a come apart. She kept telling the guy who took the order that he didn't stack the containers properly. We explained that all we need is a container of gravy that is already prefilled in a clear cup. She insisted that she correct the other customer's order before she grabbed that prefilled cup. So around five minutes later we were offered the cup. We had already eaten the pasties (which were inbiasedly dry) because they had already gotten cold. When you have issues like that, handle them more discreetly and fix the current issue, as it isn't the customer's fault that it was places improperly.
