Benetton — Local services in Sausalito

I am so glad I read all these negative reviews after a really bad experience! This validated my own experience! Similarly to other posts here, he seemed over bearing at first, pushing a certain item, I then explained it was nice but not for me. Went to see the sweaters and unfolded one. He seemed aggravated. I actually apologized and tried to re-fold it. He then got more disturbed and said let it be. I was a bit distracted talking to my girlfriend, when I realized he was pointing to a section that had the seaters hung up.

I was looking thru them when I thought I heard him mumble get out of my store… I was like “What did you say?” Mumbled again, while he was arranging boxes. I told him he was extremely rude! That I was actually thinking of buying a couple of the sweaters but I would sadly take my business elsewhere! He then said it louder- “ GET OUT IF MY STORE” Such a bizarre and rude experience! I’m glad he is being sued now that I heard it’s a fake Benetton store!!! I DO NOT recommend...

Horrible experience! I am a big fan of Benetton and was very excited to see a Benetton store in the US ( most got closed down). However, looks like it’s just the name since most staff sold there is not by Benetton brand. That would be ok if not the absolutely rudest and aggressive owner! I tried a couple of things and when he realized I am not going to buy them, he got extremely upset and tried to kick us out from the store! I am not sure where he is from, but he was very discriminative - he told us we are not welcome to his store if we don’t buy here. My friend was still browsing around but the owner repeatedly asked us to leave (since apparently “he didn’t want to fold clothes we looked at”, he even told her not to touch anything! I am really surprised how in the world store like this still exists in a place like...

I wish I could give a 0 rating because it doesn't even deserve a 1 star! The owner is the rudest I have ever seen, EVER! When I said I would think about the purchase, he told me not to come back and that he didn't want to sell me anything. When I left, I was so puzzled that I went back to tell him how unprofessional he was. He continued to say that he didn't want to sell me anything anyway, when he was actually pleading with me and my friend to buy something 5 minutes earlier. I have no idea how he is still in business. I actually liked the jacket I tried and would have went back to purchase. He was a total jerk! Don't waste your time, energy or good mood going into this place, especially if you don't...
