The line was super long which we didn’t mind waiting but it was the fact that there was only 1 person serving people of the 4 people who were also working doing who knows what. The man working was super unfriendly, and didn’t seem to care whatsoever that the line was all the way through the door and had no sense of urgency when making drinks for people. When we finally got the front of the line, I wanted a scoop of chocolate, the most basic ice cream flavor, but of course they didn’t have it (even though there was a list of their ice cream flavors on the menu that we had a good 20 minutes to look at). The location of this café is very nice, away from other food places on the Bridgeway - they are across the street from most of them. We have stopped by to grab a bottle of water and iced coffee, but got tempted into some fudge, truffles, and ice cream. Everything is overpriced, just like everywhere else around Sausalito, no surprises there. Coffee and ice cream were very good, fudge and truffles were OK. This was one of a very few places that let you use their bathroom even before you place an order. The décor is really cool - historic photos, vintage posters, neon signs. Worst experience here. There was a young men who made my drink for me (Thai tea) he was very rude when done he slam my drink on the counter top. He didn’t call out my number while other guest that order had there number called out. He just said Thai tea and gave me a dirty look, I ask him is this mine he said Thai tea and I said yes Thai tea but was it so and so number, he just turn away and didn’t bother to care. I will never return to this business nor I will suggest it to my friends or family when they visit Sausalito. Sorry but not sorry if you treat me like this, then who’s know how you would treat...
