The food here is excellent and we would recommend it. BUT, don’t arrive before 11:30am. Online it says they open at 11am. We arrived at 10:55am. We have been here many times. This time (Friday 10/25/19) were told to wait outside, they were not open yet. No problem, we sat down outside at the tables. We waited until 11:10am and went back in. We were told to come back in 15 - 20 minutes. So we went back outside and sat back down. We watched many people go in and come back out and leave. We assumed since we had been waiting for over 30 minutes that someone, either the young lady or the gentleman would let us know when we could order our lunch. At 11:35am we notice that they were now taking orders. So we got up and got in a long line. When we finally got to the register, the young lady took our order. She never said thank you for waiting or we sorry for the inconvenience, nothing. So I have changed my rating of a “5” to a “3”. The food is a 5, but the customer...
Read moreI feel like I got SCAMMED! First of all, I ordered 2 adult meals and two kids meals. The adult meals were fine but one of the kid's meals, a $12 "hamburger" was so POORLY made that I thought it must me a mistake.
It was like someone chopped a small piece out of a larger burger and placed it in a slider bun. It was about 1 inch in size and not round. (I wish I had taken a photo but it was embracing)
After approaching the employee at the front asking to replace it, he confronted me about it and said it is 2.5 oz and this is how it should be. The burger was no near normal but it seemed like this wasn't his first time doing this and he offered me to "upgrade" it to a "normal size" paying an additional $6.
I had two hungry kids with me and a grandpa, I had no choice but to pay $20 for a poorly made meal that I could get for $8 at IN_N_OUT
This felt bad and like a tourist trap taking advantage of people. Not happy and I will not buy...
Read morethe last stop on our tour of San Francisco brought us to Sausalito. A very cute small town on the water. We had 1 hour before our ferry took us back to SF. Our guide through out a few suggestions and this place was one of them and it was pretty close. I wanted burgers but our friends and my wife suggested fish and chips. I agreed and we headed on over. There is literally seating for 15 inside and may 6 more outside. We had 6 people and were lucky we snagged the two of the tables that had three chairs. The food came out pretty quick for how busy it was. We all had he fish and chips. The fish was decent, there could have been either more pieces or bigger pieces. I got 2 with my meal and they were both quite small. lots of fries that also were decent. It was just OK. Nothing to rave about. They have a lot of other things on the menu so perhaps something else would have been groundbreaking but for me it was your run of the mill...
