After mattress shopping for 2 weeks, we finally made a purchase here that we are so pleased with. I understand a salesperson’s job is to sell. But the aggressive approach makes it very overwhelming when you are trying to decide which mattress to spend thousands of dollars on.

Everywhere we went, we were trying to be sold on the most expensive options while salespeople stand over you while you lay down and tell you that you’ll regret not spending 6grand on this set up.

We saw pretty much the same options everywhere we went but why we decided to invest here because of Chris.

He was instantly respectful of our budget and needs. He was extremely helpful with all of our questions. He did not stand over us while we tried different options, but went over every detail of the beds we were interested in. He clearly and concisely explained the financing, delivery, etc.

We landed with a bed that was a little over our budget, but Chris saved us over $1000 while offering financing options that were best suited to our budget. And definitely check out mattress firm if you’re in the market...

Spencer the manager at the Scarborough store was amazing today, felt he went above and beyond getting us a great deal for our new beautyrest mattress and adjustable base. We were extremely disappointed that delivery from the store was not available to our home and had to use nationwide delivery. Because nationwide delivery only delivers once a month, we are looking at a delivery date over a month away. Very disappointing. The company should look into this, I only live an hour from the store and felt store delivery should have been easily available.
