Never ever , will go to this store to buy something from them and suggest others to stay away ! I had bad experience last week , They serve customers based on the status and appearance of the person. If you are not so well dressed and go into the store to buy things, they don’t even look in your direction. I liked one coat, left a deposit of $500 and they said they would give me a 10% discount when I brought the remaining amount of about $250. I couldn’t come on time and went 2 weeks later to buy a coat. When I came and explained the situation, one saleswoman said we won’t give a discount because we didn’t show up on time and we won’t return your deposit. Buy something from the store for that money! Because of this attitude, I have already lost the desire to buy something here. She demanded money and they didn’t like it, they didn’t even want to look in my direction and pretended that I was nobody! I have never encountered such a situation with other stores before, it was my most unpleasant situation! I will not wish such an attitude towards me! They served me as if I was taking from them for free! If don’t know how to serve people nicely then close your store forever! The client is always right and you do not have the right not to give the deposit back with such an attitude you divide people rich and poor! If I want to come in and see how much time it takes me to buy, for this you are open to sell your product. If you don’t want to sell goods to ordinary people, then write that you only sell to rich and well-dressed people! I don't deserve this kind of attitude from you! If was harassing your sale person and staying in the store more then hour why you didn’t call the security guy to takeoff me out...

I had an amazing experience with Alaska Outerwear, both online and in-store! My first purchase was a 100% Australian Merino wool coat online, and it was perfect. The quality is incredible—super soft, warm, and beautifully made. It arrived quickly, and the fit was exactly as described on the website.

I was so happy with my wool coat that I decided to order a down coat online as well. Unfortunately, the size was too big, but Alaska Outerwear made the return process easy and offered store credit, I was able to return my online purchase to Schaumburg store. Although the same style wasn’t available for an exchange, I found another stunning coat at Rosemont location that I absolutely love.

Today we visited the Alaska store. While looking at things, the seller of this store approached me and told me that before looking at the customers of this store, even though I myself am a customer, I should ask their permission. WHAT KIND OF BEHAVIOR OF THE SELLER WAS THIS? IT WAS HUMILIATING And DISGUSTING!!! Today, 10.16.2022. there were two sellers, women, working in this store. One was blonde, the other was brown.
