(2/26/2019 5:58 PM TUESDAY) Manager on duty this day & time and the one working on the cashier are so inconsiderate and very poor customer service. The store itself is good and the brand is good ofcourse but staff like that destroys the good image of the store and the brand.
We ordered an item online and a wrong item was sent to us then we were told to return the “wrong” item to store in order to get a refund. This Alone was very inconvenient that the mistake was not on our part but the company’s part. we did not even get anything from the brand even some percentage off of a new item or etc.. nothing. But we were just gonna move on and not even say anything cause we love the brand NOT UNTIL we returned in at the Woodfield Mall Schaumberg, IL store at 2/26/2019 5:58 PM that we were welcomed by lifeless, inconsiderate and very poor customwr service staff, so we returned that item and they were like rude to us and when we returned the item we asked for a simple paper-bag to put in the return receipt of the “WRONG ITEM” that was sent to us when we purchased something and they answered “oh sorry we could not cause you did not purchase anything, sorry” with attitude! @urbanoutfitters please explain this inconvenience. If you are looking for vinyl, I would recommend an actual record store, as Urban Outfitters only offers very notorious albums (and for a slightly inflated price as well). In terms of clothes, designs are (for the most part) unoriginal, but you may find a gem or two in the clothes racks. When I brought this to their attetion they told me I was wrong and the pending charge would cancel, but low and behold the next morning I woke up to see a completed charge in my account.
