Have bought many items from this location well worth over $50k! I was given a free battery Replacemnt for a Movado I bought about 6 years ago by a manager of the store. It did not indicate any expiration on the card of when I had to bring it in. When my battery finally died on the watch I took it to them and they kept it for over 2 weeks. I finally get a call from them stating the “seals” are all bad and I need to pay to have them replaced! No clue how it can even go bad considering I wore the watch a handful of times. I said fine just replace the seals and the battery. The lady said ok I will get it going. Another 2.5 weeks go by and now I get a call stating they will not replace the battery because the manager that wrote the free battery replacement card no longer works there. Hmm how is that my problem???? Sounds like a internal issue to me!!! And why would you even take them watch from me in the first place if the card was not valid??????? They refused to replace my battery even though I tried to convince them every way possible that they need to hold up to their end of the bargain. Seems like this location does not care about the customer and are willing to let a customer go just for a $20 battery! I told them forget it and give me my watch back! Guess what, it took another 2 weeks just to get my watch back. All and all I lost a whole month and half wasting my time with these jokers. Worst customer experience ever. Do not believe any of the sales reps if they offer any type of warranty or especially a battery replacement, it’s their dirty way of getting the sale from you. I finally got my watch back and took it downstairs to international diamonds and they replaced my battery in 5 mins!!! And cost only $25 to do. And guess what, the seals were just fine nothing wrong with them at all!!! I think Rogers was trying to lie and get money out of me to cover the cost of the battery. From your track record I see below of reviews, seems like you guys are on your way to out of business! Congrats Rogers and Holland’s you lost another...

Rogers & Hollands is a nice jewelry store that offers a variety of gems, diamond jewelry and time pieces. They also do repairs and offer trade up on diamond purchases made there. You can even custom design your own ring!
I’ve been helped by many over the decades that I’ve been buying my diamonds there. Most recently I’ve been helped by Ricki. Today he cleaned and checked my items and helped me look at a nice ceramic Movado Watch. Ricki is very friendly and greeted me with a smile. He’s very easy to work with and offers several options and ideas. The whole team there is nice and will help serve including John and Sergio too!
What I like is there is no pressure for you to make a purchase. They are straightforward with pricing and have good deals. For being in the mall, this says a lot as others’ jewelry are marked up way too high and offer the same old patterns and designs!
They have a nice quality selection in all price ranges with unique settings that other places don’t have. Their diamonds are guaranteed for replacement as long as you own the item - providing you bring it in and get it cleaned and checked every 6 months. It’s a great concept and puts you at ease that your items stay in excellent condition!

Read moreI walked into the Woodfield store with a gift card of a certain amount, and not sure if I would find anything I loved without having to put a lot of money towards it. I met with Rae, and even though she was juggling a few other customers, she tuned in immediately to what I was looking for and showed me a couple of options. While I debated, she bounced back and forth assisting others but I never felt neglected or pushed aside as she checked back in with me frequently. I found something right in the price range of my gift card, but I still had one other item I needed to check out at a competitors store (sorry!) Rae told me to go check it out, she would be waiting, and then she offered to clean my existing rings while I ran to the other store (I had to trust her to do that, but it also ensured on her part that I would return). A quick check on the other item and I knew Rae had found the item I was to purchase. When I went to check out, my total was $3.53 higher than my gift card. Not wanting to pay this small amount via a separate card, Rae was able to offer me a small adjustment, so my total was $.73 less than my gift card...a perfect match. Rae was a joy to deal with and I will return. Equally as enjoyable was the young woman at the counter who assisted me with my declining gift card as I was trying to enter a PIN instead of hitting credit. She was super patient, and finally after three tries the gift card went through. I am looking forward to picking up my new beautiful item, along with a previous ring purchased there several years ago that was sent in for polishing and inspection under the maintenance plan (which I did purchase again for this new item).
