Today's visit at the Scotch Plains on Park Ave missed several marks. There was no line, I approached counter where team member Christian M. advised he could not assist me because he was awaiting a customer that was still shopping in the store. The self-service line had customers and one of the registers had an announcement advising "help was on the way". The customer returned apologizing for the delay and even asked if I wanted to go in front of him. I declined and waited my turn. My transaction involved loading money on a pre-paid card and there was a system error. Christian's response was "it's declining" and I asked if there was anyone else that could provide additional details. Christian advised that he was the store manager and no one else could assist me. During the conversation, another team member, Princess assisted me was able to provide detailed information that Christian never even offered. The disappointing interaction with Christian was the disinterested, lack of customer service involvement along with him advising he didn't feel comfortable providing me his full name. If Christian M. is representing CVS' mission statement of "helping people on their path to better health", we should steer clear of this location.    Read morePlease don’t speak to “Laura” the alleged manage of the pharmacy who needs to take trainings on PROPER ETIQUETTE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. Let’s start with me calling when I was giving her the information my Dr’s receptionist told me she proceeded to ask me, “ what did I want her to do about it, what does that even mean, and kept saying I needed to pay 1300.00.” Which I’ve never done for any medication. I then called back with more info. I was told to give her info from my Dr. and Insurance office, she proceeded to tell me I’m not covered with an attitude. My Dr.’s office called her and she told them I was very nasty to her….and she sent my prescription back to my main pharmacy.
