I go to Pat's while their other store, Nick's mom ing to another location within Edison. You will be greeted by Nick or his sister Nicole who will serve you and answer all your questions on prime meat cuts and cooking. The star is Alex, the Italian butcher who creates his stuffed pork chops and his holiday porchetta. All three are a pleasure and are more than willing to meet your expectations. They sell nothing but prime and it is worth every penny. There is street parking as well as a lot in the back...

I had and issue over the Holiday with the Lamb I bought. I went in and explained, without any questions he asked me what meat I wanted for my trouble. I told him I just wanted to share my experience. He told me he wants me to stay happy with them. He gave me 4 Pork Chops, 6 Hotdogs and a leg of Lamb. He didn't have to do that. This is why I will always go to Pat's.
