The quality of products is very cheap. You can find similar products at better prices at other Indian stores. They have the rudest staff and poorest customer service. The lady sales person literally insulted my wife. I was We were the only customers in their store on weekend although they were rude to us so no wonder they don’t do good business. Beware: they have no return and no exchange policy so once you bought something from there and you discover the defect later, you are stuck with it even after paying export quality price on their items. They will not return or exchange nor they will try to help you. Imagine after paying few hundred dollars on any apparel item and later you find it defective. You can’t find all the defects right away unless it’s a big defect. And this policy applies to everything including appliances, clothes, saris. They say that there is one year warranty on appliances but it’s useless and covered by companies in India if you pay shipping to ship it to India or travel to India to get it exchanged. Horrible experience at this store. I visited this store couple of times and every time I visited I found no customer or 1-2 customer in this entire store and after my experience now I know why. Learned my lesson hard way. Never recommend or return again...

I had been looking for the most appropriate outfit to wear for my Husband' s and I baptism. We finally were interest and agreed on wearing matching Kurtas. I searched online but I couldn't find any one who can delivery before our big day. I did some more searching and found this story. So glad we did. They not only have a large selection of beautiful kurtas, their customer service was more then we expected. They took there time, opened up different packages and encouraged us to try them on so that we would be completed satisfied. They even offer tailoring services. We found the most chaste outfits to make our dedication in. And meet great people in the process. My husband I visited this phenomenal shop not knowing much about traditional Indian clothing. We have an upcoming wedding to attend. The shop owner and employees were great! We learned a lot about Indian fashion and were able to purchase several outfits that I'm sure will be show stoppers. The price was great and the customer service was top tier! They even did minor alterations in the store at the time of purchase!!! 1000% recommend and definitely will visit this shop again....
