Terrible customer service. Came here this afternoon for raspberry cheesecake cookies. I walked in and the cashier was too busy talking loud on her phone to see that a customer had walked in. Which is whatever. When eventually asked, I told her which specific cookies that I wanted. I noticed her fumbling through each cookie tray to find the correct cookies, so I assumed that I could look away while I paid and would get what I asked for. She placed my cookies on the counter and walked back towards the front to continue her conversation. I blew it off and left the building. Only to see that I received the wrong cookies when I got home. May have been my fault for not checking before I left, but the customer service here...

How sad... The door was unlocked but sign was off. My friend posted on here as well. Not only were we put down a second time, but they were rude that we went into the store, but they were rude towards us as if we were inconveniencing them. This is rediculous, and guess what? It is not my first, but second attempt to get a sub at this location and yet again my friend and I were turned down once again a second time because we were 13 minutes before closing. Yet the door was unlocked and the sign says 9pm. This really puts a bad taste in my mouth with subway and their customer service....
