Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Scottsboro

We called in an order and they said it would be ready in 10 minutes so we continued to get there. Upon our arrival which was est 12 minutes to give them enough time and the guy said it was coming out to pull up and he would bring it out. So my buddy and I waited patiently seeing as there was a car in front of us. The same guy comes out to the front parking lot 2 spots from us to talk to people in a car cussing and carrying on, when another employee stuck her head out the window and hollered at him to say something about an order which in return he said our name to her saying it was just a call in it will be ok to wait a little longer. By this time we have been in their parking lot for 15 minutes now 27 minutes into this nightmare. A few more minutes later he goes back with one of the people from the car and that extra person went behind the counter with seemed like every employee there. Now almost 40 minutes and some other guy walks out and goes to 3 other vehicles then finally comes to us. Both orders of wings were cold cheesey bread cold and both pizzas cold. I'm sorry but wish would have chosen someone else for dinner. We...

Thank you Little Caesars, especially those team members working the morning of Wednesday, July 3. Areas of our hospital flooded due to a steam pipe burst that activated the sprinkler system. Our staff members were working tirelessly to help with the clean up, so we wanted to provide lunch for them. We needed to feed quite a few people, and I was concerned that I would have to go to multiple restaurants in order to get enough food. But thanks to the crew at LC, I was able to get everything I needed from them on this very large, spur-of-the-moment lunch order. They were so professional and put my mind at ease, letting me know they do this kind of thing all the time. What a relief!!!! I knew they were probably used to doing large orders at night, but I needed this food only about an hour after they opened. Thank you Little Caesars team members for being a bright spot in our less than sunny...

So I Order some food from this place, and waited until the order said ready to pick up, when me and my husband went to pick up the food the young man in tights told my husband that it would be 30 mins to go park? So we patiently waiting and saw so many cars drive away it's now been about an hour and my 5yr getting hungry and so my husband went inside and the young guy got an attitude with him!?come to find out our food has been ready!? That young boy needs to learn how to talk to the customers ,he has mark it as ready and told us to go park! never said come inside or anything,now the manager was nice , I like her, but he shouldn't be around people and to make matters worse our food was cold in the middle, my only complaint is that boy who was in the wrong , thank you manager for the understanding and respect ❤️ but I probably won't go back especially if he's the one...
